United StatesThis is a Kwanza gift so it has not yet been gifted. However, I am satisfied with the order. My only suggestion would be to alert the customer at the time of placing the order the approximate time frame customizing the order will take. It appears that this is about two weeks. This was my first order so I had no concept of how long customizing the order would take. I emailed after a week and received conflicting information. I was actually in the process of emailing the company again by week two when the order arrived.
